Dillard's Kenwood is looking a potential Men's Sales Manager! What does a Men's Sales Manager do?

-Motivates salespeople to achieving personal and team sales goals

-Trains and coaches salespeople

-Manages inventory through placement of new stock and reducing old stock by marking down prices

Requirements

-Must have knowledge of fashion and brands that Dillard's carries.

-Must be comfortable approaching Dillard's customers and helping sell the Dillard's Rewards Card

-Must have a positive outlook, the ability to problem solve and handle multiple events simultaneously.

THIS IS A FULL-TIME RETAIL JOB. WEEKENDS WILL BE REQUIRED.

Retail/management experience preferred but not required
