We are seeking a full-time, professional Sales and Leasing Consultant to join our team!

Responsibilities include:

• Lead/traffic generation through outreach marketing and social media strategies
• Touring the community with future residents
• Ensuring curb appeal, clubhouse, model, mini models, vacants, and community amenities are always on immaculate display
• Thoroughly researching the propertys competition index, to include studying top five competitors
• Assisting in effectively scheduling and managing move-ins for all future residents
• Assisting with all leasing efforts in order to attain weekly and monthly occupancy goals
• Other duties as assigned

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Leasing or Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Property Management: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
