Guest Casre Associate - Front Desk Agent
Pay rate will start based on experience

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Valid/Current Driver's License
• Ability to work overtime as needed

We are looking for a Guest Care Agent to make our clients feel welcome and ensure their pleasant and comfortable stay at our hotel.

What is the role of a Guest Care Agent?
#1 Give every guest caring, memorable hospitality experiences for our guests that engage them in our family.

This requires an out-going, caring personality - a love of all people and interest in them and their stay with us.

Basics - we will teach you
Input and qualify all reservations - Computer skills required.
Prepare and confirm all details of guests' bills.
Process credit card charges, cash, checks.
Balance drawer at end of shift.
Must be able and willing to work week-ends and all holidays. No exceptions, sorry.

Learn how to
. . . . Handle incoming calls for reservations of rooms, dining, events, stables, activities.
. . . . Resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner
. . . .provide upscale guest service experiences for clients throughout their stay
. . . . Greet clients as they arrive, coordinating their check-ins to assigned rooms and informing them about the hotels amazing facilities, activities, events, restaurant.
. . . . Actively listen to and resolve complaints
. . . . Liaise with Housekeepers and Wait Staff to provide an overall comfortable guest experience
. . . . .Book activities for guests
. . . . Liaise with staff doing activities
. . . . Learn how to work our management and actvities software.
. . . . . Learn how to work with Online Travel Agents

Skills
Computer skills - must learn and be proficient in 1 week training for our Property Management Software plus MS Word, Excel, Email.
Good writing and grammar skills.
Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
Ability to work flexible hours
Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
