```Overview```
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside/Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside/Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will also work inside our showroom to help walk in customers and help build your client base.

```Responsibilities```
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals

- Work a couple of days inside the showroom to take care of walk-in traffic
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Present product information and demonstrate the value proposition to potential customers
- Collaborate with the internal team to develop customized solutions for clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Provide ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis

```Skills```
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in an outside sales role
- Strong account management and business development skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

• 1099 contract
• Commission pay
• Uncapped commission

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Travel requirement:

• No travel

• Ann Arbor, MI 48103: Relocate before starting work (Required)
