Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product knowledge, and driving sales. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
- Assist customers in finding the right products and making purchasing decisions
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise and arranging displays
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Meet or exceed sales goals by actively promoting products and upselling when appropriate
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies

Experience:
- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- Familiarity with cash register operations and basic retail math
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
