Job Summary:

*Note this is a straight commission pay structure with no cap on commissions of 30% of profit on every home you sell. There is no base pay or salary outside of the commission.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced salesperson for our New Home Sales Consultant to join our team selling new manufactured/mobile homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, discipline, a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills, with a passion for helping people find affordable housing. As a New Home Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding their dream home and guiding them through the sales process.

Hours:

-This job has flexible hours. If you need to do part time we can work with you. You can prospect, follow up on leads from your phone as time allows and set all your customer appointments on one or two days a week at our mobile home dealership to fit into your schedule. We understand your need to make a living.

Duties:
- Prospect daily to find new leads-Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and other professionals involved in the closing

-Post Facebook marketplace ads daily to generate appointments
- Meet with prospective buyers on the lot to understand their needs and preferences
- Showcase model homes and provide detailed information about available properties
- Assist buyers in selecting the right floor plan, features, and model for their new home
- Negotiate sales contracts and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately

Qualifications:
- Experience in sales. We can teach you the manufactured home industry
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate.

- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply
- Excellent negotiation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
