Job Description

Events and Adventures is an activity club for single people who want to get out and have fun! We have been in business since 1987. We have helped a countless amount of singles improve their social life and helped many of those people find the man or woman of their dreams!

We are looking for appointment setters to help us schedule times for prospective club members to meet via zoom with current club members to discuss joining our private singles activity club throughout the nation.

The position being offered is a work from home position that requires 1 weeks of initial training in our Scottsdale location

The position is a telemarketing / appointment setting position but involves no cold calling. Every potential potential member has requested information prior to us calling. We receive fresh leads daily from advertising on the radio, television, online and because of our great reputation from current members a lot of leads come from word of mouth referrals. The position requires an energetic, fun, friendly person with excellent organization skills. We are a well established company with a lot to offer to the right person.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Call outbound and receive inbound calls from potential members. Explain our service and prescreen potential members.
Schedule potential members for appointments with sales representatives throughout our 15 locations
Contact potential members via phone calls, text messages and emails.
Consistently provide exceptional customer service and professionalism to all our customers
Other duties as assigned
Essential Functions:

Ability to work from home in a quiet area.

You must have your own computer, we can provide a webcam and headset
Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, and weekends
Ability to regularly sit for long periods of time
Ability to multi-task; speaking with customer while accurately logging and recording customer information in to call center databases, we use activecampaign and justcall.
Meet or exceed minimum performance standards including but not limited to Calls per hour; Customer Satisfaction; Quality presentation, etc. You will be constantly measured on these metrics

Hourly rate of $14.50 plus bonus/commission

Skills Required for your Success:
*1+ years sales and/or customer service experience required
**Call Center sales experience is a plus

* experience in Justcall, activecampaign or other dialing programs is helpful but not required
*Proficient in Windows-based computer programs
*Effective communication and listening skills and ability to text customers
*Proven ability to build customer relationships via telephone
*Sales closing skills preferred
*Follow a sales process based on designed scripts

The current appointment setting team is built around a positive energy and an expectation of success, the team is encouraging and uplifting - fun people to work with! The position being offered is full time. We offer a base wage of $14.50 per hour plus bonus and commission based on personal performance. Hourly wage upwards of $20.00+ per hour is obtainable.
