Job Title: Sales and Dispatcher Specialist
Job Overview:
The Sales and Dispatcher Specialist is responsible for managing inquiries about flight training programs, enrolling new students, and coordinating flight schedules and resources. This role serves as a key point of contact for prospective and current students, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact through to flight scheduling.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sales and Customer Service
- Respond to inquiries from prospective students regarding flight training programs, costs, scheduling, and other related questions.
- Guide potential students through the enrollment process, providing detailed information about courses, financing options, and start dates.
- Maintain relationships with current students, offering support and assistance with scheduling, payments, and any program changes.
- Dispatch and Scheduling
- Coordinate the scheduling of flight instructors and aircraft, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
- Maintain up-to-date records of flight schedules, instructor availability, and aircraft maintenance schedules.
- Communicate any schedule changes promptly to students and instructors, resolving conflicts as they arise.
- Administrative Support
- Assist with the preparation of training materials and documentation required for flight operations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation regulations and safety procedures.
- Process payments and manage financial transactions related to flight training enrollments and other services.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; some post-secondary education in aviation, business, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or aviation dispatch is highly beneficial.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, instructors, and staff.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of aviation terminology and understanding of flight school operations preferred.
- Proficiency in office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools.

Working Conditions:

Pay: $20.41 - $21.42 per hour
