Job Summary:
This is a commission-based pay sales position. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Multimedia Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling advertising space across multiple platforms including radio, digital, and print media. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales. Previous experience in broadcast/media sales is highly desirable.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in broadcast/media sales.
• Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities across radio, digital, and print media platforms.
• Create customized advertising proposals and presentations tailored to meet client needs.
• Negotiate advertising contracts and pricing to maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of advertising campaigns.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
