Greenhouse Fabrics, Inc., is a fourth-generation fabric wholesaler to the upholstery and interior design trades located in High Point, North Carolina. Greenhouse is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our innovative team. We are seeking someone who is energized by sales and is a great fit for our unique culture that never hesitates to celebrate. Your primary responsibilities will include managing and growing customer accounts in a dedicated territory, as well as supporting customers through the phones and website. Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and text
• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with any needs they may have, including but not limited to questions about projects, order adjustments, stock checks, and fabric research
• Make outbound sales calls to increase customer rapport, update them to show new fabric books, and ask for leads on upcoming projects
• Ask for quotes and enter them into our system
• Research fabrics and send samples or project boards to interior designers and upholsterers
• Learn our ERP system (FACTS), and other software we use on a daily basis to enter fabric orders and assist customers
• Provide support to territory and senior territory managers
• Train and develop on customers and fabric knowledge
• Update customer information in our CRM software and maintain spreadsheets
• Other tasks as assigned

• Associate's and/or Bachelors Degree preferred but not required
• Proficient in Microsoft outlook, word, Excel and Google docs, sheets
• Top-notch phone and customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate, problem-solve, and work in a fast-paced environment
