Established in 1933, Walpole Outdoors manufactures and installs distinctive, architectural landscape products and structures that extend the comforts of a home. Products include a broad range of AZEK (cellular PVC) and Northern White Cedar products including fence, gates, pergolas, railings, arbors, exterior home and garden dcor, and much, much more.

Products that enhance both Commercial and Residential properties. This representative demonstrates professionalism and knowledge of products in order to understand and fulfill customer needs. This role demonstrates the ability to maintain an accurate pipeline of opportunities within Salesforce (CRM), and maintain and update files necessary to effectively manage accounts, collaborate with team members to establish strategic sales approach and expanded opportunities. In addition, you will report on sales strategies and plans with your supervisor periodically.

Job Duties

Understanding customer needs by explaining and educating them to find the right products and services

Using available resources to become a Walpole brand expert and sell complete solutions

Find and take advantage of self-directed learning programs and corporate training and technical workshops

Be known as a helpful resource of company-wide information

Responsible for quoting standard and custom jobs and following the process through to end of sale

Enter all information into companys CRM

Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

Previous sales experience

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Self-starter and self-motivator with good follow through and able to multi- task.

Able to work well under pressure with tight deadlines.

Professional demeanor

Keen attention to detail

Able to work with others

Experience using Salesforce, Microsoft Word & Excel

Experience working with consumers and building trade professionals

Basic math and measurement skills

Ability to read site plans

Some Saturdays may be required.

This position is an office position, not outside road sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
