Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Assistant Manager to join our team. As a Retail Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and advancement. Responsibilities: - Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations - Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases - Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately - Sell products and services to meet sales targets - Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on the features and benefits of our products - Maintain a clean and organized store environment - Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment - Train and supervise retail staff to ensure they provide excellent customer service - Assist in creating employee schedules and managing staff performance - Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop strategies to increase sales and improve store performance Qualifications: - Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bilingual proficiency is a plus - Knowledge of technology products and sales techniques - Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays We offer competitive pay, employee discounts, and opportunities for career advancement within our growing company. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.70 - $14.49 per hour
