Dave Sinclair CDJR is currently seeking a successful and driven professional to take on the Sales Consultant opportunity at our Pacific, MO location. We have a new pay plan that offers a percent of commission and many other bonuses and perks. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and growing dealership.

Duties:

- Conduct cold calling to potential customers to generate leads and schedule appointments
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and budget
- Provide product information, features, and benefits to customers
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements with customers
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for vehicle sales
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and objectives
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom and display vehicles in an attractive manner
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, new vehicle models, and competitor offerings

Experience:

- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry but not required
- Strong math skills, including retail math for calculating pricing, discounts, and financing options
- Knowledge of inventory control processes and procedures
- Excellent organizational skills to manage customer information, sales records, and follow-up activities
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, listen to their needs, and provide solutions
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
