Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Residential Sales professional to join our team. As a Residential Sales representative, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies and excellent customer service. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective business development strategies to generate leads and expand customer base - Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and sales opportunities - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers - Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery of products or services - Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis Qualifications: - Proven experience in residential sales, preferably in the technology or technical sales industry - Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends and identify sales opportunities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers - Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals - Proficiency in Spanish is a plus - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment - Previous experience in account management is desirable We offer competitive compensation packages, including base salary plus commission, as well as benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Pay: $83,416.00 - $92,772.00 per year
