Full description of the position

We are looking for a Front Desk Sales Associate for our Orange Hills, Orange Town & Country, Irvine Woodbury, Costa Mesa, Newport Beach and Huntington Beach locations to serve as our guests first point of contact and handle all aspects of their experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
• Manage appointment book
• Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
• Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and appointment dates)
• Welcome guests upon their arrival
• Provide information about our location and service offerings
• Promote our Wellness Program to first time guests.
• Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
