Heritage Cash Home Buyers is a real estate investing company searching for a charismatic and motivated acquisitions and dispositions manager. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years experience in real estate acquisitions and/or dispositions and understand how to navigate a transaction from A to Z. This is an independent contractor position, so confidence in your sales abilities is a must.

Responsibilities include: making at least 50 outbound seller calls daily, walking properties to assess the condition and rehab budget, assisting with due diligence, deal analysis, price negotiations, and making sure the deal closes smoothly with title.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
