Position: Outside Sales Representative
Location: Kirkland, WA
Shift: Monday - Friday, with alternating Saturdays
Compensation: Salary + Commission

Outside Sales Representative Position Summary:
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for driving new sales for the company in a professional and consultative manner by determining the needs of the customer and then providing solutions, and by developing B2C customer relationships and generating sales leads by building a referral base. The sales representative is responsible for company-generated leads, lead qualification, and follow-up.

Outside Sales Representative Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• 2 years of in-home or outside sales experience.
• 2 years of previous HVAC experience is preferred.
• Must have a proven track record of closing sales.
• Self-motivation and results-orientated.
• Time and work process management skills with the ability to work independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
