Sales Representative (Incoming calls, No cold-calling) Seasonal

• Must reside within driving distance to our Richmond, VA office This position is on-site during training and remote after training.

Compensation: $22.00 hour during training

Once training concludes compensation will be $18.00/hour + uncapped commissions

Bonus: $500 attendance bonus for 2 or less occurrences, paid at the end of the holiday season.

Job Summary:

As a Seasonal Inbound Sales Representative you can make some serious money during our busiest time of the year, this position has an opportunity to convert to a regular full-time position with even more earning potential and rich benefit plans!

This is a phone sales position where youll be selling Stauer products to new and repeat customers, while providing exceptional service to our customers.

Average Inbound Representative makes $25/hr, with top reps making around $50/hr

Week 1- 2: 10:00am - 6:30pm EST (M-F days)

Week 3 and after: 11:00am- 7:30pm EST. Must be able to work one day during the weekend (shift will include one day off during the week and one day off during the weekend of your choosing). Later shifts are also available.

Requirements:

• Background of sales or customer service preferred.
• Experience working in a call center preferred.
• Must have the ability to ask for the sale more than once and comfortable with rebuttals.
• Good working knowledge of sales techniques.
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
• Excellent phone skills and ability to build genuine rapport with customers.
• Candidates must be hungry to sell and have the ambition to meet sales goals.
• Ability and enthusiasm to become passionate about selling a product.
• Disciplined in working from home, including a quiet and focused area to work.
• Self-motivated, goal orientated and a strong closer.
• Knowledge and/or love of jewelry, watches and collectibles a plus.
• Previous experience using multiple technological programs, systems, or applications while interacting with customers.
• Must have the ability to navigate multiple screens while on a call with customers.
