Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Car Sales Executive to join our team. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling new vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for cars and sales to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Conduct outbound sales activities to generate leads and attract potential customers
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and preferences
- Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers to close sales
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory and promotions
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

Requirements:
- Proven experience in car sales or a similar role. General Motors experience is preferred
- Strong sales management skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems
- Knowledge of inventory control practices
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Familiarity with the local market and trends in the automotive industry
- Public speaking skills for presentations and demonstrations
- Multilingual abilities, particularly Spanish, is a plus
