Sales Lead Responsibilities:

• Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club
• Answer phones in courteous, helpful, professional manner
• Lead the Membership team in driving new members into the gym to attain monthly targets
• Understand and follow all policies, procedures and standards including club tours and telephone inquiries
• Lead the Membership team in setting up all new members with a Crunch One Kick Off
• Maintain an atmosphere that makes all co-workers, members, and guests feel welcomed
• Possess an enthusiastic, passionate, outgoing, friendly and ambitious personality
• Maintain professional disposition at all time
• Create and execute a monthly outreach plan for the membership team
• Assist in retail, childcare, etc. desks/areas as needed
• Facilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist in all projects as delegated by club management
• Follow all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English
• Prior sales experience
• Proficient reading and writing skills
• Good communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
• Multitasking skills
• High energy and patience required
• Flexible work schedule including weekend availability
