We are currently seeking Retail Sales Specialist with passion, determination, and a commitment to excellence that will help take our locally owned center to new heights.

Heres What Were Looking For:

Must have excellent communication and customer service skills

Sales experience and a completed high school diploma are required

A drive and excitement to exceed expectations and achieve sales goals

Meet personal/customer service team sales targets

Youll be educating guests on EWC's programs, offers, and promotions

Youll be educating guests on EWCs proprietary retail portfolio

A positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor

A professional appearance always

Has a passion for the beauty industry

Ability to be productive in a team or by themselves

Managing the flow of guests in and out of the location

Managing the Reservation Book

Must be available to work 3-5 shifts per week including (1) weekend day

Must be available to work nights and weekends

Maintain cleanliness and appearance of facility
