Full description of the position

Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • This role is overlay to the field sales force, typically supporting the initiatives of the field sales organization and carrying a team quota that is shared with the field
  • Will require gaining thorough knowledge of company products, systems and services
  • May direct customers to our website or other company resources for information
  • May act as sole inside sales representative for assigned territory, industry, accounts, and/or products
  • May establish and maintain relationships with customers and Solution Partners
  • Focuses on acquiring new customers and retaining and growing an existing installed base of customers
  • May generate prospective customers through cold/ warm calling and will qualify and follow up with system generated leads
  • Answers phone calls from our phone system and TEAMS
Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements:
Hybrid w/ possibility of being remote.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience as a sales representative or customer service representative; selling technology, preferably test equipment or hardware solutions.
  • Minimum of one year of experience qualifying and calling on sales lead
  • Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Bilingual in Spanish/Portuguese strongly preferred but not required
