Full description of the position

Powersports Distributor located in the Fontana is seeking candidate(s) to join our inside sales team. Candidate must be able to communicate with dealers fluently (telephone, email, chat), able to maintain a good relationship with dealers, closing sales, processing and follow up on orders, resolving dealer inquiries and complaints.

Powersports/Motorsports-related sales experience is a big plus.

Duties (included but not limited to):
1. Making (cold) calls to expand the customer base.
2. Maintaining and growing relationships with current customer base.
3. Closing sales through inbound and outbound calls/emails.
4. Processing and following up on orders.
5. Resolving customer inquiries and complaints.
6. Creating sales material to present to customers.

Skills/Qualification required:
1. Previous experience in B2B sales.
2. Aggressive and goal oriented; patient and persistent.
3. Self-motivated and Number-driven.
4. Capable of multi-tasking and working under pressure.
5. Basic computer skills.
