Job Overview:
We are seeking a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries or issues. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer emails
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests

- Process Policy change requests
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends

Qualifications:
- Previous Customer Service experience is preferred

- Valid Ohio Property and Casualty Insurance License is required
- Strong administrative skills, including data entry and record keeping
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
