About us

Steiner Technologies is a family-owned manufacturing company in Fairport that designs and manufactures custom tooling that is used in manufacturing critical components across multiple industries. On top of being an OEM of our product line, we are also the exclusive importer and reseller of 4 high-quality German tooling companies for North America.

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated individual to come join our team at Steiner Technologies. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for assisting in the sales pipeline process.

Duties:

- Be the first point of contact for current customers and potential customers when calling into Steiner

- Become proficient in the use of various M1 ERP system modules, including sales, inventory, organizations, quoting, and order management

- Quote existing tooling and gaging

- Manage company wide sales inbox and provide relevant information to answer customers questions or delegate to correct contact within the company

- Work directly with production supervisor to check status of customer orders and expedite as needed

Qualifications:

- 1 year of experience in technical sales

- Prior experience working in manufacturing is a plus

- Strong mechanical aptitude is a plus

Pay: $58,480.00 - $62,508.00 per year
