Overview:
As a Business Development Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and converting leads into customers. You will play a crucial role in expanding the company's market presence, meeting sales targets, and contributing to overall business success.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential clients and markets.
- Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and social media platforms.
- Utilize sales and marketing tools to identify and qualify prospects.
Building Relationships:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospects, key decision-makers, and stakeholders.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the company's offerings.
- Understand clients' needs, challenges, and objectives to propose tailored solutions.
Sales Strategy and Pipeline Management:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
- Manage sales pipelines efficiently, from lead generation to closure.
- Track and report on sales metrics, activities, and outcomes using CRM systems.
Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Overcome objections and address concerns to facilitate deal closure.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery processes.
Market Analysis and Feedback:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to refine offerings and improve market positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven record of accomplishments and success in sales, business development, or a related role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking abilities and relationship-building skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets and deliver results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $115,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
