E-commerce Account Manager

AC Infinity designs and sells environmental control equipment in the growing and HVAC marketspace. We are looking for one individual to be responsible for managing our company's presence and performance on our ecommerce platforms. This role aims to handle daily ecommerce account operations including optimizing and maintaining product listings, ensuring account health and product compliance, oversee content and advertising campaigns, content and sales initiatives, analyzing data trends, team collaboration and coordination to ultimately drive sales.

Job Duties Overview

Manage all aspects of our companys ecommerce accounts, including Amazon and its international channels, ebay, and Walmart. Handle each accounts product catalogs, listings management, account health, performance metrics, pricing, promotions, and more.

Resolve and troubleshoot all product listing, compliance, and account issues in a timely manner. Investigate the issue and opening up cases with seller support. Do own research and coordinate with other teams to provide documentation as needed to resolve the issue.

Collaborate with Marketing, Logistics, and Operations Teams to continuous update and optimize product listings, store pages, A+ content, store pages, landing pages, pricing, deals & coupons, and flash sales.

Collaborate with with Marketing and Operations Teams to oversee advertising campaigns including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and other PPC campaigns.

Analyze sales data and performance metrics including Amazon seller central data and brand analytics to identify trends, advertising and promotions/deals, product opportunities, and areas for improvement. Implement strategies to increase sales and enhance overall account performance.

Requirements

2+ Years of professional Amazon Seller Central management experience, with proven success in troubleshooting listing/account issues, and opening up and resolving cases with seller support.

Preferred experience with account and product compliance for international Amazon channels management including Amazon.ca, Amazon.de, Amazon.co.uk.

Bachelors degree in, Business Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, a related field, or equivalent preferred.

Preferred knowledge of ecommerce advertising platforms including Amazon sponsored products, sponsored brands, PPC, Walmart and Ebay Advertising.

Knowledge of ecommerce analytics tools (e.g., Jungle Scout, Helium 10).

LOCATION:

• This position will be in the City of Industry, CA 91789.
• Candidates interested in employment with AC Infinity must relocate before starting work if moving from a different area. This is required.
• This position is an in-person position. It is not a remote position.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
