Oak Street manufacturing has been manufacturing and distributing restaurant furnishings since 1995. A lot of our items are in stock for immediate shipping from one of our three warehouses in Iowa, North Carolina or California. Our customers love us because of our quality of work and timeliness of service. Our customers are exclusively dealers, we are not a direct seller.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Act as the main inside point of contact for designated accounts
• Build strong & loyal relationships with our dealers
• Respond to dealer inquiries regarding sales or order issues
• Process dealer orders & quote requests via phone and email with high degree of accuracy
• Achieve budgeted sales and profit objectives
• Maintain product knowledge of our extensive list of products
• Make recommendations to meet customer needs
• Increase sales by offering add-on sales for related parts
• Performs other duties as assigned

Education and experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a heavily phone or customer service-based industry

The IDEAL candidate would have inside sales or account management experience and an associates degree or above.

Job Type: Full time

Salary: 35,000-100,000+ total compensation with base + commission.
