Branch Sales Manager
$55,000 - $105,000 per annum range
($55,000 per annum base salary + commission + full benefits + advancement)

If so, LaborWorks has created a new Branch Sales Manager position due to significant growth and would like to consider you for this opportunity.
The person selected for this position will be responsible for the complete sales and operations of their branch located in Tigard, Oregon.

Daily Responsibilities Include:
Plan and direct branch activities to successfully meet goals and objectives.
Create and manage productive sales pipeline.
Build business relationships with prospective and active customers.
Network with local business leaders and decision makers.
Meet or exceed scheduled sales goals.
Participate in daily branch operations.
Perform job site safety evaluations.
Perform daily morning dispatch.
Interview and hire top talent for branch full time positions.
Respond effectively to customer issues.

Requirements:
- 3 years of general work experience
- 1 year of management experience
- 1 year of Outside Business to Business Sales experience from any industry
- Maintain a valid drivers license and have reliable personal transportation
Not Required, but a Plus:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
