Full description of the position

Grieco Chevrolet of Lauderhill has immediate openings for our Sales BDC Department. The Sales BDC Representative is responsible for receiving, processing, verifying, and distributing information from both inbound and outbound calls, including but not limited to inquiries on new and pre-owned vehicles, internet leads, and providing general information.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all guest inquiries online and over the phone with a focus on 100% guest satisfaction.
• Receive inbound calls and make outbound calls on new and pre-owned vehicles with a goal to establish a firm appointment from the prospect to visit Grieco Chevrolet of Lauderhill.
• Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while answering questions and inquiries from guests and providing general or related vehicle sales information.
• Maintain and communicate exceptional product and inventory knowledge
• Gather and track all guest data as directed; accurately enter into BDC database.
• Utilize detailed scripts provided by the dealership in addressing guest inquiries and concerns to meet the dealership and manufacturer objectives.
• Work in close proximity with other Sales BDC Representatives in a team-based environment.
• Facilitate timely follow up on all internet leads as directed by management
• Participate in department and dealership meetings; other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills via phone, one-on-one and online are a must.
• Proficient in basic writing skills.
• Proven customer service track record or desire to provide next-level customer service.
• Comfortable in a high-paced, competitive environment (all while actually ENJOYING your job!).
• Previous Call Center or BDC experience required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus opportunities
• Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lauderhill, FL 33313: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
