We are a large local insurance agency with national brand backing that provides comprehensive solutions for our clients personal and/or business insurance needs.

Our goal is to offer an alternative to self-shopping and service on the internet that is as easy and enjoyable as possible and results in informed decisions people can feel comfortable with. We want our clients to know their options up front and feel secure that their coverage choices will take care of them in the event that disaster strikes.

We are looking for candidates that can operate with a sense of urgency, communicate effectively, handle several tasks with different time frames and priority levels then determine the best course of action in situations with multiple potential outcomes.

The ideal candidate will be able to work well with an energetic and positive team, have a property / casualty and life insurance license, 2+ years experience in insurance customer service and/or sales, some college and a desire to work hard and advance.

We will consider those with experience above and just a property / casualty but able to secure a life insurance license quickly.

Salary range $35,000 - $55,000 plus bonuses ($0-$20,000 bonus range), vacation, health insurance, 401K and profit-sharing benefits.

There is the ability to work remote, but our preference is hybrid with staff in office 1 to 2 days a week on a rotating basis.
