Timmons Subaru of Long Beach is looking for an experienced Internet Sales Manager with automotive experience..

Responsibilities:

• Handling of multiple lead source inquiries.
• Responsible for utilizing online chat, making and receiving phone calls, emailing and text messaging customers in a timely manner.
• Provide customers with product information as it relates to vehicle model, trim and packages.
• Knowledge or auto industry and appropriately utilizing skill set to work through objections and ultimately set up appointments.
• Daily CRM follow up with leads working through auto buying process.
• Ability to negotiate and set up deals through Advent System.
• Adaptability to take direction and follow guidelines set by directors and general sales managers.
• Ability to deliver red carpet service to customer during visit and upon completion of showing customer around purchased vehicle.

Qualifications

• Self starter and eager to work
• Superior customer service skills
• Create and maintain customer relationships
• Strong computer & phone skills
• Prior auto sales a MUST
• Bi-lingual a plus

Pay: $55,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
