Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Sales Representative to join our team. As a Bilingual Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance products to potential customers. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish will be essential in providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.

Duties:
- Conduct sales presentations and promote insurance products to prospective customers
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and regulations related to insurance sales
- Utilize various sales techniques such as telemarketing, outside sales, and market research to identify potential leads
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of customer information

Skills:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal communication)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
