Job Summary:
Crush Real Estate Group is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Listing Agent. This is a full-time, commission-only sales job, designed for individuals who are looking to excel in the real estate industry. As a Listing Agent, you will work remotely and be responsible for acquiring and managing listings, as well as maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and the ability to close deals successfully. Responsibilities:

• Acquire new listings and maintain a strong pipeline of potential deals
• Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values and develop competitive listing prices
• Create and maintain accurate and appealing property descriptions and marketing materials
• Oversee and coordinate property showings and open houses
• Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service
• Negotiate and finalize deals, ensuring smooth transactions and customer satisfaction
• Stay up to date on market trends and changes in the real estate industry
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and resources, and support each other's success

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales or a related field
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and closing deals
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Familiarity with online marketing and social media platforms
• Must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic
• Active real estate license in Viriginia is required
