Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Telemarketer/Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will contact warm leads to schedule portrait sessions while providing excellent service to our customers. Duties:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about our products and services.
• Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving issues or complaints.
• Conduct warm calling to existing customers to introduce new products or services.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
• Maintain and update customer records in the database.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.

Qualifications:

• Experience in telemarketing and customer service.
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Previous experience in sales, inside sales, or business development preferred.
• Proficiency in computer usage; training provided on CRM.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
