RESPONSIBILITIES of a Sales Associate:

• Approach, greet, and help any customer who enters the lot.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle
• Build strong rapport with customers.
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of used vehicles.
• Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous dealership experience is a huge plus but not required
• Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
• Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing
• Have quality customer service skills
• Possess strong communication skills
• Must have a clean & valid drivers license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Auto Sales: 2 years (Required)
• Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Spanish (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
