We are hiring a wholesale agent for our real estate investment company. No real estate license or experience is required. 100% commission based. $100,000+ a year potential.

We are currently looking for driven people with prior sales experience or customer service to come and join our hard-working and growing Real Estate Investment Company. No previous real estate experience or real estate license is required. We cover the whole state of TX

Location Note: This role is based in HURST and is strictly an IN-PERSON position. Candidates should be comfortable commuting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, build rapport, and nurture leads in our company's database
• Meet with sellers who are motivated to sell their house fast for cash (within DFW)
• Overcome objectives and negotiate well
• Manage: maintain leads and ongoing follow-ups with prospects
• Proficient Skills: technology (Smart Phone/Computer/Apps/CRM)
• Initiate & Engage: Dive into cold calling and ignite conversations about our cutting-edge offerings.
• Forge Relationships: Arrange and manage appointments, crafting unique experiences for every potential lead.
• Stay Connected: Skillfully navigate follow-ups, and maintain interactions, ensuring no opportunity is left behind.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
