Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth. This is a key role in driving sales and revenue for our company.

Duties:

- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

- Attend site visits with clients to ensure quality and service expectations are met.

- Understand the basics of all Sposato product lines including:

• Mowing
• Turf
• Maintenance
• Installation
• Irrigation

- Proactively educate clients about opportunities to improve their landscape or correct problems using Sposato products and services.

- Seek opportunities to cross-sell Sposato products to your existing clients.

- Perform customer care call on a pre-established schedule or as needed.

- Respond timely and appropriately to customer complaints or inquiries.

- Work with the Department Manager to obtain a customer retention rate of 80%.

- Submit proposals with job budgets.

- Monitor and inspect service work in the field.

- Provide technicians with training as needed.

- Direct activities o fthe service technicians.

Skills:

- Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service in the landscaping industry

- Excellent communication, computer, and presentation skills.

- OSHA 30 certification a plus

- A strong work ethic and a customer-oriented attitude.

- A valid driver's license with no major safety incidents with in the prior three years.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
