West Valley Staffing Group is currently seeking a Client Account Manager with previous Staffing Industry experience to join our organization headquartered in Sunnyvale, CA

The Client Account Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Consistently prospect, qualify, grow and maintain new and existing accounts / territory
• Create sales target lists and identify decision makers
• Obtain meetings with decision makers and make sales presentations
• Work with the Lead Account Manager and Director of Sales to establish selling strategies and tactics that result in new business generation
• Provide sales reports as required

The Client Account Manager must have:

• Minimum of 2 year of sales experience
• 2-3 year Staffing Industry experience
• Strong business development capabilities
• Ideal candidate would have some experience in a staffing environment
• Goal and results-oriented
• Positive attitude
• Professional demeanor
• Self-motivated and directed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $66,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
