We are looking for a talented sales consultant to assist and work with our families that we serve. In this position you work independently but with a great deal of support. You will assist families with the planning of services prior to anyone's passing. This is a sales position with the opportunity to control your income!

Responsibilities

• Learn the products and services offered, including the sales terms (e.g. special features, return and warranty policies)
• Serve families with a customer focused mentality
• Collaborate with families and prepare common strategies
• Monitor sales numbers and marketing metrics
• Calculate business trends
• Monitor competition and follow current developments
• Be self motivated
• Achieve results
• Find prospective customers and new target segments
• Think outside the box

Skills

• Proven work experience as a sales consultant
• Ability to learn
• Familiarity with CRM programs
• Ability to gather and interpret data
• Organizational and analytical skills
• Communication skills
• Willing to always learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
