Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Multi-Channel Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Multi-Channel Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and increase market share through various marketing channels: print catalogs, digital marketing, sales automation, e-mail marketing and e-commerce platforms. This is a key role in our organization, and you will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. There is growth potential in this role with the future possibility of joining the management team and you will work closely with ownership.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including print catalogs, digital marketing, and e-commerce platforms
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth
- Work with outside sales team to develop and execute inbound and outbound marketing programs
- Conduct regular performance analysis of marketing programs and initiatives to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Work closely with product team to ensure effective product launches and promotions
- Utilize marketing automation tools (HubSpot) to streamline processes and optimize campaign performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in channel management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience in marketing management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and techniques
- Proficient in HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other relevant software applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
