We are looking to hire a field roofing sales specialist who has the ability to get on roofs. This is a great opportunity to work with a stable and growing Veteran-owned roofing company two generations in the making. We will help guide you to success in the lucrative field of roofing sales.

You will be required to:

• Meet certain duties and responsibilities to ensure the customers of Steel Hammer Roofing and Construction remain a top priority
• Self-generate business through door-to-door sales, referrals, hosted events, and leads
• Climb and walk on a roof comfortably, analyzing the weather damage and taking necessary photographs
• Carry, set-up and climb a ladder
• Provide excellent customer service to all of your customers
• Work directly with the customer to manage their re-roofing project
• Report daily and weekly results to your sales manager
• Listen to and follow direction from your sales manager
• Multi-task and be able to efficiently schedule your day
• Bilingual is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,862.02 - $250,000.00 per year
