Job Summary:
As a Security Alarm Salesman, you will be responsible for promoting and selling security alarm systems to residential and commercial clients. Your primary objective will be to assess customer needs, demonstrate the features and benefits of our security solutions, and close sales to achieve revenue targets. You will also be expected to build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and generate repeat business.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough assessments of customers' security needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Present product demonstrations to showcase the features and functionality of security alarm systems.
• Effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services to prospective customers.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to meet both customer and company objectives.
• Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, contacts, and sales transactions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements in security systems.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies and processes.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the security or related industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Tech-savvy with a good understanding of security alarm systems and related technologies.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma required;
• Relevant certifications or training in sales or security systems a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $300.00 per week
