Dallas/Fort Worth Area Great Career Opportunity in Roofing Sales!!

Thank you for your interest in the JWC General Contractors DFW Roofing Sales Rep position. JWC General Contractors is hiring for our Territory Sales rep position. JWC offers competitive commission based compensation. This is a fast paced sales environment that is ideally suited for self motivated, independent roofing sales professionals working in a supportive team environment. Online and on the job training is available. We provide ongoing support and training in weekly meetings. Any experienced sales professional interested in working outdoors, interacting with property owners, trade crews and management is welcomed to apply.

Roofing Sales Job duties and responsibilities include:

1. Canvassing neighborhoods for prospects that have had roof and exterior damage due to wind and hail storms.

2. Door to Door sales that focus on providing free roof inspections and estimates.

3. Conducting Inspections of roofs and exteriors and documenting damage via pictures, measurements and notes.

4. Providing prospects with information about damage to their property, the insurance restoration process, as well as, the JWC background and services.

5. Completing a scope using the company's proprietary software.

6. Presenting findings to prospects and closing roof reconstruction Agreements based on cash or insurance proceeds.

7. Providing proper documentation to the inside production team to begin roofing and reconstruction projects.

8. Being present at roofing & reconstruction projects to answer customer questions and attempt to 'sell' JWC services to neighbors.

9. Complete all necessary paperwork related to the insurance process.

10. Attend sales meetings.

Roofing Sales Qualifications...

Associates degree

1-2 years of Outside Sales Experience

Self Motivated

Driven

Vehicle/ Valid DL/ Insurance

Meets or Exceeds current Sales Goals

Ability to lift 50lbs

Can Climb a ladder and not afraid of heights

Pay 65-150k + 6 month base

Commission

Full Benefits after 60 days

401k with match up 5% after 12 months

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
