Responsibilities

• Ensures all customers are taken care of in a professional and timely manner.
• Learns our bakery products, ingredients, prices, and packaging, in order to answer questions and make suggestions to customers.
• Ensures bakery display cases and shelves are well stocked.
• Manages the point of sale (POS) system; managing all cash functions and exchanges, following proper cash and credit card handling procedures.
• Maintains a clean sales area (cases, workstations, equipment, etc.).
• Assists in completing opening and closing duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous retail sales experience helpful, but not required.
• Customer focused, with strong interpersonal communication and math skills to process customer orders.
• Ability to work as a team player.
• Attention to detail and presentation.

Hours

• Full-Time; 30-40 hours/week
• Must have flexibility to work varying shifts, based on business demand, which vary between the hours of 6 a.m.-6:30 p.m. Monday-Saturday
• Closed Sundays and on major holidays, which include New Year?s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day.
• Must be available to work on ?All Hands on Deck Days.?

Additional Information

• Must be able to pass a drug and background screening test prior to hire.
• Will be required to wear slip resistant shoes during your shift.

Work Location

• 5200 Brightwood Road, Bethel Park, PA 15102; must be able to reliably commute or planning to relocate prior to starting work.
