Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Analyze clients' current insurance policies and provide recommendations for coverage improvements

- Provide accurate quotes and explain coverage details to clients
- Process policy changes, claims, and payments
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Experience:
- Proven experience in sales or retail sales is preferred
- Familiarity with sales administration and benefits administration is a plus

- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
