An established food production company is looking for a motivated, personable, and driven Route Sales Representative to join their Worcester, MA territory team!

Route Sales Driver / Representative - Worcester, MA

Job type: Full time, non-contract, direct-hire, with benefits

Department: Sales

Reports to: Branch Managers, Sales, Supervisors

Schedule: Start time is around 3:30am-ish, which generally results in an earlier finish to the work day. Typically have Wednesday and Sunday off.

Compensation: Base pay is $52,000 per year. Plus, ability to earn 5% and 8% commission on all sales. Sign-on bonus pay offered! (see below)

General Job Summary:

The Route Sales Driver will service retail, restaurant, and institutional business with company products on an established route. He/she will ensure customers receive their orders on time and in the requested quantities. He/she will successfully manage time sensitive deliveries and assure fresh product conditions in retail outlets and work safely.

Requirements:

Must have a valid driver's license and a safe/clean driving history.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Minimum of one year of sales direct store delivery service/sales experience.

Must be able to successfully pass a drug and background check.

Compensation:

Base pay begins at $52,000 with a $750.00 sign-on bonus! $500.00 bonus after 30 days and $250.00 after 60 days! Opportunity for commission pay!
