Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales professional to join our team. As a Sales representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by promoting and selling motorcycles. We have a fast growing store that has the most expierienced staff in the state and we are looking for more. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for motorcycles, and enjoy building relationships with customers, we want to hear from you.

Duties:

- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers

- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products or services

- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers

- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis

- Utilize organizational skills to manage leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline

- Use retail sales techniques to effectively demonstrate product features and benefits

- Utilize math skills to calculate pricing, discounts, and commissions

- Research market trends and competitor offerings to stay informed on industry developments

- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to close sales deals

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software

- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times

Experience:

- Proven experience in outbound sales or retail sales is preferred

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Proficient in using CRM software for lead management and tracking sales activities

- Ability to effectively negotiate pricing and terms with customers

- Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication practices

- Proficient in using relevant software applications for sales purposes (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)

Pay: $73,493.00 - $87,293.00 per year
