The responsibilities of a Retail Event Sales Representative:

• Attend daily meetings in order to identify, develop, and utilize comprehensive strategies to enhance the customer experience
• Highlight new services, promotions, and packages to customers in a professional manner
• Input client information into our system accurately, such as billing, address, full name, packages, and any other confidential information
• Report back to management on industry trends and relevant competitor insights to increase margins
• Drive client loyalty by developing genuine relationships, being empathetic in conversation, and assisting with any arising concerns

The requirements of a Retail Event Sales Representative:

• High school diploma or GED
• General knowledge or experience in sales, retail, or customer service
• Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision
• Ability to be a clear thinker who can remain calm in pressure situations and easily adapt to changing organizational needs
• Highly motivated for personal growth and advancement
• Demonstrate excellent team communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships across all areas of the company
• Reliable transportation to our office in San Diego

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
