MUST HAVE FIREARMS INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

Purpose of Position: The Aftermarket Sales Manager will create and execute plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the companys sales goals while fostering the associated relationships. This role will instill a solutions-based, results-focused, team-oriented sales culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement with an emphasis on Amazon, retail, big box and distribution channels. The Aftermarket Sales Manager is a direct extension of ownership as a face to the customer and will enhance XS Sights brand image while working towards maximum profitability. The Aftermarket Sales Manager will directly manage the Sales Team. This position will effectively gather and analyze market and company data providing detailed and accurate reports to all levels of the organization.

Essential Job Functions:

• Responsible for revenue generation in all aftermarket sales channels.
• Determine where and how to sell XS products
• Responsible for setting and enforcing pricing structure and selling prices and policies within channels
• Develop plans and strategies for maintaining and developing business ultimately achieving the companys sales goals
• Responsible for sales and customer training programs design and implementation
• Foster new relationships and manage key customer relationships
• Be a positive face for XS - emulate the values and goals set forth by ownership
• Continually identify and evaluate sales opportunities that positively impact company growth
• Independently and successfully negotiate and close deals
• Responsible for all aftermarket sales channels including Amazon, retail, whole and distribution and Big Box
• Oversee customer service department to deliver world class customer support
• Identify and assist implementation of relevant XS Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
• Travel as required for client meetings, trade shows, industry events, and special projects
• Document customer and prospect interactions and provide show debriefings
• Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback to XS leadership team
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbal and in writing

• Manage assigned team: Act as a line of communication between the team and ownership, Meet the goals, objectives and deadlines set for your team, Monitor the performance of individual team members, Ensure that your team is abiding by the regulations set forth by the company and the government, Onboard and train up your team, Give feedback and evaluations to your team, Allocate duties amongst your team, Ensure all teams required documentation is complete and accurate and on time
• Work cooperatively with other departments to assist the XS Team in achieving company goals
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Meet or exceed productivity metrics / goals assigned
• Follow all safety processes and practices
• Perform all duties in accordance with all established quality and safety procedures/work instructions
• Be an active part of Team XS and help whenever or wherever necessary
• Other duties as may be deemed necessary

Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of directly related experience with the Essential Job Functions outlined

Proven managerial experience

Outstanding track record in sales

Per Federal Law and due to XS being a manufacturing facility in the firearms industry, all XS employees are required to legally be to own a firearm, possess a firearm, or purchase a firearm.

Exemplary communication, team work skills, and ability to prioritize the needs of the company

Experience managing key customer relationships and closing strategic opportunities

Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining all required work tasks and keeping management appraised of company metrics and goals

Experience with Microsoft Suite and ERP Systems software

Fast paced worker with a good work ethic and willingness to learn are essential traits for this position

Work Environment:

Employee works in a typical machine shop environment and office environment. The office environment will remain gun friendly and gun safe. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate however some loud noises occasionally occur.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
